Some regrets are normal after your Wedding Day, but most ar avoidable - Here are 5 common Wedding Day Regrets that couple have after the big day, and how you can make sure you think a step ahead.

1. Not Spending Enough Time With Your Guests
Depending on the size of your wedding, it may be difficult to spend time with ALL of your guests, but remember to spend time with guests that make you happy and will let you enjoy your wedding day. The dance floor is a great place to spend time with your friends; while the drinks reception is a great time to talk to your family. Also, don’t feel like you have to go around as a couple the whole time!
2. Booking the Wrong Wedding Venue
Everyone has their initial vision of how they want their wedding to look like, and a lot of that comes down to the Wedding Venue itself. There is only so much you can change of an existing space to make it fit your brief. Take time in choosing your venue, and work out what your priorities are from the following: Location, Price and Style.

3. Taking Too Long on Wedding Pictures
It’s easier than you think to get caught up in the moment of trying to get ‘that’ shot on your wedding day. You have to remember that the Wedding Day is a celebration of you as a couple, and what use is celebrating a couple that isn’t at the reception?
Group photos are slightly different, but take a long time to work out. Delegate someone to gather up the required people for certain photos while the current photo is being taken.
4. Choosing the Wrong Wedding Party
There are a number of reasons why choosing the wrong Wedding Party would cause regret down the line. Don’t feel like you have to include family or people who you’ve been bridesmaids/groomsmen for in the past. Having too many people in your Wedding Party will incur costs and impact your budget.

5. Overspending
And talking of budget, you should keep an eye on your spending throughout the entire booking process. Set a budget and aim to stick to it - Find out how much things cost. Sometimes your idea of how much certain things cost might not reflect how much they actually cost.
